Hi, I’m Petra Ibrahim, the founder of Brightline Bookkeeping!
I’m an Air Force veteran who recently left the GSA’s Budget Division to start this venture on my own. Over the years, I developed a love for all things finance and budgeting, which ultimately led me to branch out and start Brightline. My goal is to help bring peace of mind to business owners.
When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me exploring trails and geocaching with my son, or huddled around a board game during our family game nights.

Credentials
I’m a certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor with Level 1, Level 2, and Payroll certifications under my belt, and I’m well-versed in core accounting principles. My goal is to make bookkeeping seamless and stress-free, so you can focus on running your business while I handle the financial details behind the scenes.

What is the pricing?
Prices vary depending on the service, please check out the services page to see service details and starting prices.
Pricing is based on factors such as the number of accounts, transactions, time needed, and complexity. The final quote will be determined after receiving the intake questionnaire and any new information during the discovery call. All bookkeeping is completed in-house and is never outsourced.
How will we communicate?
Once onboarded you will have access to your own portal and will be able to communicate with me via email. This increases my efficiency, as well as gives us a record of conversation to refer back to when referencing information.
How do you keep my information secure?
We use Google Business Drive to store client files. Files are encrypted in transit (using TLS/SSL) and at rest (using AES) to protect them from unauthorized access.
